Voly commits to innovate and push boundaries by hiring 10 apprentices

Investing in apprenticeships is not only important today but is vital for the long-term future of young people…

As a result of significant growth, Voly is expanding. Having tripled our workforce of employees since 2019 we have no plans to slow down.

The success of our integrated financial management and payment platform in the superyacht sector has enabled us to venture into the music industry.

With so many new clients joining Voly and our expansion into music in full swing, we’ve decided to make one of our next big commitments – our team.

Our mission is to innovate and push boundaries in finance technology in the yachting, music and entertainment industry. Part of how we’re going to do this is by evolving and training fresh new diverse talent.

With that in mind, we’ve taken big steps forward and are committed to hiring 10 apprentices in the next 12 months. We’ve already recruited a Finance Apprentice through the Prince's Trust and are now recruiting two new vacancies in our music division for Sales Apprentices.

Not just that, there are also vital skills they can learn from the more experienced workforce”.

Voly’s Head of Music - Mary Viscomi adds: “We’re excited to be growing the division at such a fast pace. The sales apprentices will be a key part of our continual growth and commitment to our clients. Hiring from a diverse pool of talented individuals is important for us and will continue to be part of our recruitment strategy in the music division”.
